No, Dresden is not a ghetto. While it may have areas with lower socioeconomic status, it does not fit the definition of a ghetto, which typically refers to a segregated and impoverished area where a specific group of people are forced to live. Dresden is a diverse city with a rich history and cultural heritage, and it is not accurately described as a ghetto. **

While it may have some lower-income neighborhoods, it also has modern infrastructure, public services, and cultural amenities. Therefore, it is not accurate to label Billstedt as a "ghetto" as it does not fully capture the complexity and diversity of the area. **

Some good hip-hop movies that focus on the ghetto include "Boyz n the Hood," which follows the lives of three young men growing up in South Central Los Angeles, and "8 Mile," which tells the story of a struggling rapper in Detroit. "Hustle & Flow" is another film that delves into the gritty world of the Memphis rap scene, while "Straight Outta Compton" chronicles the rise of the influential rap group N.W.A. These movies offer a raw and authentic portrayal of life in the ghetto and the struggles faced by those trying to make it in the hip-hop industry. **
